Subscription Policy – Replacement Filters

Everything you need to know about regular PURALOA filter deliveries: how it works, payment, changes, pauses, cancellations, and returns.

1) How does the subscription work?

The “Regular Filter Delivery” subscription allows you to automatically receive a replacement filter at regular intervals, without needing to reorder.

  • Recommended frequency: 1 filter every 2 months (depending on usage and water quality).
  • No commitment: you can modify, pause, or cancel at any time.
  • Reminder: the subscription is for filter shipments. The shower head is an initial purchase (depending on the option chosen on the product page).

Note: depending on your purchase configuration, the first order may include the shower head (and sometimes an installed filter), then filters are shipped automatically thereafter.

2) Payment & debits

Subscription payment is automatic at each due date, according to the chosen interval. You will receive a summary in your confirmation email.

  • Amount: the price displayed on the product page at the time of subscription.
  • Frequency: every 2 months (or other frequency if offered).
  • Payment methods: those available at Shopify checkout.

In case of payment failure, you will be notified to update your payment method.

3) Modify, pause, or postpone a delivery

You can manage your subscription from your customer area (access via the confirmation email, or via your account).

Open the subscription confirmation email and click on the management link.

Choose the action: change frequency, pause, resume, or skip a due date (if available).

Confirm: you will receive a summary by email.

Tip: if your water is very hard or if you use the shower very often, you can adjust the frequency according to your needs.

4) Cancellation (no commitment)

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the management area. Cancellation stops upcoming recurring orders.

  • No cancellation fees.
  • Orders already paid and being processed may be shipped (depending on logistics status).
  • A cancellation confirmation will be sent by email.

5) Filter Delivery

Filters are shipped to the address provided during subscription. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.

  • Tracking: a tracking email is sent after shipment.
  • Address: changeable from your customer area before the next due date.
  • Consolidation: if you have multiple subscriptions, they may be shipped separately depending on the dates.

6) Returns & right of withdrawal

Online purchases benefit from the legal right of withdrawal, in accordance with current regulations. For details (conditions, exceptions, procedure), please consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

For hygiene reasons, some opened/used products may not be eligible for return. Refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
